Investing in the Potential for New Leaders and New Perspectives in Education Leadership

July 14, 2021

11:00 am EDT to 2:00 pm EDT

Leading a school or district is challenging work. Being a new leader amplifies those struggles, no less when navigating a global pandemic. Developing leadership capacity is at the heart of the work of Future Ready Schools® (FRS), and this workshop focuses on supporting administrators in their first three years of their leadership positions.

Join us for this free, virtual, interactive, high-quality professional learning experience for new leaders to learn, grow, and expand professional practice through collaboration and networking with like-minded colleagues from across the country.

This will not be your typical virtual conference experience and will focus on the concerns and challenges that leaders face today and continue to face as they reimagine student learning.

Attendees will work collaboratively through the following themes:

  • staying true to your core values as you become a transformational leader;
  • shaping a culture that inspires and brings out the best in your people;
  • leading the change process to increase student learning opportunities; and
  • developing effective communication strategies to amplify your vision.
